Tamara Tomažić Varga
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Tamara has worked across nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors in Europe, Asia, and the Pacific.
Her career spans executive leadership roles in international organizations, where she led high-performing teams, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and drove transformational change in challenging environments.
Today, Tamara brings all of this lived experience into her coaching practice — working with executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders who want to grow professionally and personally while navigating change with clarity and confidence.
Her coaching combines proven methodologies with deep human understanding. She is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile — one of the most powerful leadership assessment tools available — and a trained Positive Intelligence (PQ®) coach.
